Our products are made to order and take about 1-2 weeks to produce. This is also based on the quantity and/or size of the order.

There may be slight differences between the images shown and displayed on your computer screen versus the actual piece you receive.

This is because each piece is individually tailored.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

We will update you via email when you order has been prepared and is ready to be shipped.

Delivery times are usually between 3-5 business days, depends on the destination and your choice of the delivery service.

From May 1st through September 30th, we only ship The Novice Maker's Box on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the week.

This limits the time for certain products (wax and fragrance oil) to be stored during the weekend in non-air conditioned facilities.

If you place your order Wednesday morning, it may not leave our studio until the following Monday depending on our order volume.

This is a necessary step to maintain the quality and integrity of your order.

Kindly plan for additional fulfillment time.

Due to our processes, there may be variations, natural blemishes and slight imperfections.
